All products from the Titanium Exclusive series are made of a high quality aluminum alloy cast in a German smeltery. Cast aluminum conducts heat seven times faster than iron/steel. This frying and baking cookware has a 7-8 mm thick base, finely turned on a lathe. Waring of the Thermobasic base is not possible, even after years of use. Sophisticated manufacturing facilities quick heating with optimal energy use, the best heat storage and heat distribution. In a high-tech process, the titanium ultra surface finish is applied to the frying surface of Titanium Exclusive products at twice the speed of sound.
